If you're not happy with Session Vault within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund your money. No forms, no justification — one email is enough.
1. Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Independently of any statutory provisions, Flowent (the operator of Session Vault) grants every purchaser of a paid Session Vault plan a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee without the need to state any reasons.
This guarantee applies to all Session Vault paid plans:
- Premium Lifetime ($19 one-time)
- Enterprise Lifetime ($49 one-time)
- Premium Monthly ($7.99/month)
- Multi-Device Monthly ($17.99/month)
2. How to Request a Refund
To claim the guarantee, simply send an informal email to anfrage@flowent.de within 30 days of your purchase.
Please include:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The Paddle order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
No reason or justification is required.
3. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. The actual time funds appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3–10 business days for credit cards, 1–3 business days for PayPal).
4. After the Refund
Upon refund:
- Your Session Vault license key will be deactivated
- Premium features will revert to the free plan limits (3 snapshots per week)
- Your locally stored sessions remain on your device and are never deleted
5. Subscriptions: Cancellation vs. Refund
For monthly subscriptions:
- Cancellation stops future billing but you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
- Refund (within 30 days of initial purchase) returns your money and deactivates the license immediately.
You can cancel a subscription at any time via the customer portal link in any of your Paddle receipt emails.
6. Statutory Rights
This voluntary guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law (e.g., EU consumer protection regulations, German Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch). It is offered in addition to those rights.

7. Merchant of Record
Session Vault payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. The refund will appear on your bank statement under the descriptor FLOWENT or PADDLE.
